C.T.S offers professional high quality products and a service which is second to none.  Established in 2001, our manufacturing department is located in shenzhen so we are able to offer you the most up to date, professional equipment available. Our products can be shipped worldwide to any country excluding the EU for cell phone jammers. We also accept bank transfers and our bank details can be found below.  Shipping costs can be seen on the order form and we aim to ship all orders immediately. If you require any further assistance or wish to discuss our products, simply telephone our office which is open Monday to Friday between 9.30 - 5.30p.m. where we will be happy to talk to you or click contact to send us an email.  All orders placed will be confirmed and all our products come with a no quibble unconditional 12 months warranty (except laser pointers which have a 90 day warranty)
 

Shipping warranty:

 
When ordering any of our products, C.T.S will guarantee that the product reaches your door.                                                                     If for any reason whatsoever your product does not arrive, we will either re-ship another to you or give you a complete refund.
Product warranty:


All our products with the exception of laser pointers come with an unconditional 12 months  warranty. Should a fault arise with the product, it must be returned to us and will be repaired or replaced at our cost except shipping to us. The warranty will not cover: misuse, tampering or physical abuse of the equipment.
Shipping details:

We aim to despatch all goods within 24 hours. Goods sent to the CN usually take up to 2 day's for delivery and all other countries up to 7 day's depending on service used.
